1. How to Cancel

Cancellations must be submitted by:

• The account cancellation function within the Platform, or
• Emailing [email protected] from the authorized account email.

Cancellations are not effective until confirmed by 3D Promo.

2. When Cancellations Take Effect

All cancellations take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

• Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
• All fees due for the current billing period remain payable.
• Partial refunds are not issued for unused time.

3. Effect of Cancellation (All Users)

Upon cancellation or termination:

• Access to the Platform will be disabled
• All 3D models, embeds, viewers, and integrations will stop functioning
• All licenses granted under the Terms immediately terminate
• User will lose access to all models and digital assets
• 3D Promo may remove or disable associated content
• 3D Promo retains exclusive ownership of all digital assets

Users acknowledge that deactivation of access will cause models displayed on third-party websites, ecommerce pages, or presentations to cease functioning immediately.

3D Promo is not responsible or liablefor:

• Lost sales
• Website downtime
• Interrupted campaigns
• Customer disputes
• Business losses
• Lost profits
• Data loss

Arising from account cancellation, suspension, non-payment, or service termination.

4. Supplier-Specific Cancellation Terms

4.1 Minimum Term Commitments

Certain supplier memberships include complimentary product scans (“Signup Bonus Scans”) and are subject to a minimum one (1) year initial term.

4.2 Early Cancellation with Bonus Usage

If a Supplier cancels before the end of the minimum term and has used any Signup Bonus Scans, those scans become billable at $1,000 per item, and Supplier authorizes 3D Promo to charge or invoice the payment method on file.

4.3 Early Cancellation Without Bonus Usage

If a Supplier cancels early and has not used any Signup Bonus Scans, Supplier may request early termination without bonus repayment, subject to verification.

4.4 One-Time Scanning Services

All one-time scanning services are non-refundable once scanning has commenced.

5. Distributor Cancellation Terms

Distributors may cancel memberships subject to the billing-cycle rules in Section 2.

Upon cancellation, all access to models will terminate and all embedded models and links will cease functioning.

Distributors are solely responsible for notifying their customers of any service interruptions.

6. Service Provider Cancellation Terms

Service Providers may cancel memberships subject to the billing-cycle rules in Section 2.

Upon cancellation, all licenses to access or display models immediately terminate.

7. Outstanding Balances

All outstanding balances must be paid in full upon cancellation, including membership fees, service charges, and any applicable bonus scan repayment.

Unpaid balances may result in suspension, collections activity, and loss of access.

8. Relationship to Terms of Use

This Policy is governed by and incorporated into the 3D Promo Terms of Use & Platform Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Terms.
